Re: File Find dialog - enhancements
I'm a bit against such regrouping since a lot users prefer mouse access and visual structure is important IMHO. I understand the point. From my perspective, however, it boils down essentially to the philosophy behind the tool. I regard dual pane navigators as the console on steroids - designed for ...

Re: Share your themes!
Thanks for the hint. Now I am using "Soft Filtering" as on with key modifier - like the ability to quickly jump between the selected files. That effectively enables the functionality when all input which is not prepended with a key modifier can be routed to the command line. Hehe. Let it be my perso...

Re: Directory history dropdown
- make it editable, like in windows explorer. (I think this is redundant, since we already have Go To Folder sheet by cmd+shift+g, with autocomplete and other fancy stuff) Exactly my thoughts. - show a list of upper-level paths, like in MacOSX by right-click on window title. - show a list of paths ...

Re: File Find dialog - enhancements
Another enchancement request. Would it be possible to group "Containing text" field with " With size" and place them immediately under search for files? That would render the following benefits: - Defining typical search would required only a few "tab" presses. Right now it is a lot - just to get to...

Re: File Find dialog - enhancements
I am new to mac and my ignorance is limitless.
I did not know that Finder could do that. I am trying to avoid it at all costs - using Files and the command line.
Thank you - indeed it fixes yet another problem for me.

Re: Share your themes!
Thank you. I was not aware of that functionality. It is great. What is interesting - I am not sure Far does that. Or have I missed it? If Far indeed does not do that - then Kudos on working out the new workflow for the dual pane commander. It is indeed getting better and better. p.s. Just wanted to ...

Re: build 1165 - overlapped terminal draft
Also, ALT-CMD-O terminal seems to have its own output.
From my perspective it should be the same - i.e. A-C-O should just remove the panes.

Re: build 1165 - overlapped terminal draft
Great stuff. Thank you for sharing the beta - takes the huge pain off from me. Seconding the request to highlight if the terminal is selected. Also, CTRL-ALT-TAB is unusable IMHO - requires two hands (or am I missing something). I understand CTRL-TAB is reserved for moving between tabs. But could it...
