Re: Versions Compare
My favorite theme :) Map App Store is very crippled in terms of applications functionality, you simply can't ship a non-stripped version there (Apple themselves can, of course ). For instance: - why there's no admin mode in MAS? You can't use privileged helpers and/or privilege escalation in M...

Re: Some ideas
Hi, deseven! Thanks for your suggestions, here're some thoughts regarding: 1. Notifications for background tasks Agree, this will be implemented alongside with a logging facility some day. 2. Connection manager with persistent connections to be able to switch between locations without the need to wa...

Re: Managing favorites list?
Right the opposite - this looks suspiciously related! NC uses exactly the LSSharedFileList API. BTW, did you hit F1/F2 before opening Console.app? Any possibility this can be related with this previously-known issue? http://magnumbytes.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=44 Anyway, I can build a special v...

Re: Managing favorites list?
Hmm, this set of folders is a fallback one, in case getting them from Finder has failed.
This scenario is not usual at all.
Can you please check the Console.app - if there're any messages from Nimble Commander?
Also, what MacOSX version do you use?

Re: "Add Folder to Favorites" menu
Hello GuidC0DE and welcome to the forum! I have plans to add a fully-featured favorites/bookmarks manager, but it's not on top-priority list. If you want to have a quick access to iCloud Drive backend, you can use a simple (and a bit hacky) workaround - just create a symlink to Mobile Documents and ...

build 1758 - improvements on built-in terminal
Hi, folks! Some good news on built-in terminal functionality in Nimble Commander: If shell was terminated (via exit, ^D, etc), NC can revive it - simply alt+cmd+o back and forth to do that. Some insets in terminal view were added, so it's easier to select text there. Scrolling of terminal view is di...

macOS (Mac OS X, OS X) compatibility matrix
Since some people still uses the old versions of macOS, it might be useful to have a version compatibility matrix in one place: 10.7 10.8 10.9 10.10 10.11 10.12 10.13 10.14 1.2.4 + + + + 1.2.4 + + + + 1.2.3 + + + ? 1.2.2 + + + ? 1.2.1 + + ? ? 1.2.0 + + ? ? 1.1.5 + + + ? ? 1.1.3 + + + ? ? 1.1.2 + + +...
