Impossible to rename folder changing only case of letters [FIXED]

It is impossible to rename a folder, lets say "AAA" to "aaa". Renaming to something like "aaa1" goes without any problems. Case-insensitive mode :)

Guys, this issue appears only with folders or with regular files too?
