How to access 'private' folders like ~/Library/Mail? [CLOSED]

Some folders that contain 'private' user data, such as ~/Library/Mail, cannot be accessed by Nimble Commander:

These screenshots were taken in Admin mode. From the name, I would expect Admin mode to give me full access to the filesystem, or at least my own user space, but this does not seem to be the case.

Is it possible to access such folders with NC? What is the proper name for this type of folder in macOS?

I'm using current everything: NC 1.2.5 (2846), macOS 10.14.4

It's a macOS security feature introduced in 10.14.
Even root can't access these folders, unless you add an exception for the app explicitly:
