Tab open window

Please make open new window with current drag tab when release drag tab outside tabbar, like in Safari.

There's a slight problem with this concept - NC's windows contain two sides, and it's not clear how to fill the second one.

Hmm... I think need open default path in different window, like file -> New Window, but important is active panel. For example, If drag tab from right panel, active panel in new window need to be right.
