build 1750 - usability enhancements

Some usability improvements of this build:

Some usability improvements of this build:
- Closing internal viewer windows by Esc button (http://magnumbytes.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=131).
- New setting of startup mode for an external tools (http://magnumbytes.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=132).
- Opening of a huge or/and remote archives now can be cancelled with Esc button, not hanging NC's UI to beachball of death anymore.
- Fixed a keyboard navigation in FileExist sheet (http://magnumbytes.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=133).
- Now supporting a drag&drop from inactive window (http://magnumbytes.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=130). Also, showing the context menu in file panels is no longer changing the cursor position.
- File panels toolbar is now fully customizable and external tools icons can be placed there (http://magnumbytes.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=127).
