Re: Build 2635 - more navigation options
Understood. For me it's honestly a bit confusing: closing a tab for folder /a and then doing a tab restoration might then either a) restore that tab with folder /a (if I have no other tab with /a somewhere open) or b) do nothing (when I have some tab at /a and have nothing else in the history) or c)...

Re: Build 2635 - more navigation options
Think I found one reproducible issue: restore-closed-tab is broken (looks like its internal last entry in stack is removed) immediately after invoking sync panels.

Re: Build 2635 - more navigation options
Hmm, how could I best describe, can't fully reproduce it... Tried to close two tabs and then restore both (by hitting the shortcut twice), it worked, but somehow afterwards the restore works erratically, doesn't want to restore a particular folder, then later it restored a folder in a tab although I...

Re: "Open with" keyboard shortcut doesn't work
Yes I know the tools command and already use it. External tools feature is more better than "open with" I wouldn't say that, it's a different tool for different purposes. "Open with" is a list build dynamically by macOS itself for applications that are known to open the currently selected file (but ...

Re: "Open with" keyboard shortcut doesn't work
I find this option very useful as I tend to open files in some circumstances with a non-default application. Would be cool if the keyboard shortcut would just produce the submenu list (just like e.g. the favorites shortcut opens a quick favorites list, the "open with" shortcut could open a list with...

"Open with" keyboard shortcut doesn't work
When using "Open with" with the mouse (either via the File menu or by right-clicking on a file in the file list) it works.
However when I assign a (non-conflicting) keyboard shortcut like Alt+Return, then just nothing happens on pressing Alt+Return.

Re: build 2570 - various improvements 2
Ah, you're right, doesn't make sense when it is two-step, create+rename. On the other side the "New Folder..." action could be a pure UI one with a single filesystem step. Anyway, guess I'll just switch to the "Create directory..." action, the prefilled text is more beneficial to me than that other ...

Re: build 2570 - various improvements 2
Great improvements, specifically "clicking on a selected tab of a non-active pane will activate it" and "Added support for dragging panel tabs between left and right sides." Very cool! For the improvement "Create Directory action now uses a name of a focused directory as an initial value.": I'm wond...
