Hi,
I really miss the list of F keys in the toolbar, like we had it in the good old times in the Norton Commander. I.e. F3=view F4=edit F5=copy.
I was not able to find a switch to display them in the menus. Can anyone help or do I need to write it on my keyboard?
Best regards
Christian
F keys in toolbar
Re: F keys in toolbar
Hi Christian,
Unfortunately, F-driven toolbar buttons significantly contradict Mac's UX paradigms.
The majority of functional hotkeys are shown in the Command menu, but you need to reveal it first.
Or you mean some other menu?

Re: F keys in toolbar
I'd really like this tool bar of F5, F6 button at the bottom of the panel layout. Thank you!
Re: F keys in toolbar
To be very honest, I miss that too because most keyboards don't allow to easily spot the F-Keys blindly anymore. It's just so much easier to just click the copy button somewhere.
Maybe you could consider to just give us some items to put in the toolbar for copying/moving/deleting? You don't need to put them in the default layout but having them in the box you see in the screenshot would be really handy.
