I had 3 or 4 Windows of NC (app store) and had quite a big effort to switch all windows and their taps from the "app store" NC to the newly acquired "magnum-registered" NC. Then I closed both and after that everything was gone: only one window was left and both pages on home dir (~/)
That was a proper slap in the face.
(It's the same with the "app store" NC now) It probably comes from the fact that I renamed the old app?
My question is: how/where can I set NC to open all windows the same way I closed the app?
I'm on MBAir M1
every time I start NC it shows only one window [CLOSED]
Re: every time I start NC it shows only one window
Hello,
This information is stored per app-identifier by the system: "~/Library/Saved Application State".
It can't migrate between the versions of the app - they have different application ids.
Just to double-check - is the checkbox in "System Preferences -> General -> Close windows when quitting an app" currently off?
IIRC it's on by default.
Otherwise the window restoration should work.

In fact, the check mark was in System "Preferences -> General -> Close windows when quitting an app"!
Thanks a lot!
