Hi methodho, and welcome to the forum!methodho wrote:Hi, It would be really helpful for me if I can browse or search in jar/war files.
You can already browse JAR files as regular folders, just use cmd+down hotkey to enter it.
This extension is not on whitelist, I'll add it there.
You can also take a look at the discussion: http://magnumbytes.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=123
But I'm not sure about WAR files: if they are essentially ZIP files (like JAR) - they should work too, but I don't have any to check it.
Searching inside an opened archive is available as on any regular folder.methodho wrote:Thanks, that's exactly what I want!
One more quick question, how can I search in archive files?
As for searching inside multiple archives somewhere is a directory - this feature is not supported yet.
Well, it's pretty possible.methodho wrote:Thank you, will searching inside multiple archives be added in the following updates?
I need to do some research here, but think it's not very hard to implement.
