Clicking on active tab in the opposite pane should activate that pane [DONE]

When I'm in one pane and the opposite pane has several tabs open, when I click on any of the non-active tabs in the opposite pane, the focus jumps to that tab in that pane. But when I click on the active tab, nothing happens. Clicking on active tab in the opposite pane should activate that pane.
