El Capitan: often crashes when trying to see file [FIXED]

No particular pattern. Just hit key combo to view file and it crashes.

Hi achekulaev,

Thanks for noticing, I think have seen it too.
Seems that AppKit logic changed in some way in 10.11 so Files' juggling with toolbars/window titles confuses it to death.
I'll get into this glitch after merging current loooong refactoring into main trunk, hoping in a week or so.

Mike.

Yeah, I was going to write about this too. I've noticed that crashes on El Capitan in the same place, after opening the viewer several times. Glad to hear you're already on this.

Hi,
After several hours on this issue I have some results:
- good news: seems that current glitch was localized (with some really weird connections) and Files does not crash anymore.
- bad news: it's definitely a bug inside Apple's 10.11 AppKit itself, so I can't be confident on anything.
Mike.
