Re: How to copy file path in the current tab?

".." is the parent folder of the current tab. I wish there are more actions of ".." folder too. Currently, dragging files(very useful), copying names is not allowed in "..". Dragging file into ".." is a good way to copy or extract files to the parent folder. Copy file path in the current tab is very...

How to copy file path in the current tab?

I often open folders as tabs and want to copy the file path of the tab. NC has two commands: copy file name and copy file path. The commands all copy the selected files path or name. I can't find an easy way to copy the tab path. I hope there is a command "copy path" in the context menu of the tab. ...

Re: Version 1.2.4 released

Great software, awesome support. Every minor version has some new features.

I can't wait for 1.2.5. BTW, any future plan or roadmap for 1.3? I am very happy to make suggestions for the future features.

Single click mode suggestions

Single click is better than double click, because it saves one extra click for nagivation. In windows, many xxxx commanders (Total commander, double commander ...) have a single click mode, you can single click the folders or files to open them. In Mac, I really miss this small but useful feature, I...

Re: Double click on the path bar to open history menu

Why exactly history and not, for instance, favorites? Favorites is a good choice too. Double commander even make a tree style favorites menu if you double click the pathbar. Open any menu in quick lists will be ok, I choose history menu because clicking the path part of nc can't jump to the subfold...

Re: Build 2671 - v1.2.4 RC

One more extra advanced feature suggestion: When I open a folder from external applications, can nimble commander open a new tab instead of reuse the first tab. Reusing tab is a normal behavior, other file managers is the same. But open a external folder tab will make tabs more clear. The tab title...

Double click on the path bar to open history menu

NC has many keyboard command, adding some useful mouse shortcut will make NC simpler to do some jobs. For example, the most frequent hotkey I used is "CMD+2", this will call a history item menu. I hope I can use this feature with mouse too. Many dual panel file managers (xxx commander) use path tool...

Re: Build 2671 - v1.2.4 RC

Yes, currently nc only selects the folders if I changed default file viewer setting. I hope nc can open folders directly. It will help many third party applications to replace "show in finder" with nc completely, alfred, launchbar and default folder x can use this feature to display their folders i...

Re: Build 2671 - v1.2.4 RC

[/quote] Oh, I thought you were referring a service-level interface. So you mean the interface of basically "opening" of filesystem items?
