Ah, yeah.
* When I close the window first and then CMD+Q then it works. State.json is created and state is saved/restored.
* When I do CMD+Q directly, state is not saved.

Mike, State saving doesn't work for me on build 1457 (that's what the about window says, double checked). I open tabs on left and right, CMD+Q, start again and both panels have single tabs set to my home dir. Also, you've said "~/Library/Application State/Files/State/" but there's no such dir. Did y...

Mike,
Thanks for creating the tool that became one of the most often used apps on my machine (together with Chrome and Sublime Text). All the best to you and let's make 2016 the best year ever!
Cheers,
Darek

Sorting differences between Files and Finder [CLOSED]
I just discovered something horrible. At first I thought that Files sort files in different order than Finder does, which would be a weird inconsistency. But then I realized that Files actually does a reasonable job there. It's Finder who's completely bonkers. Just look at the pictures. Do you know ...

BTW, it looks like everything migrated fine on my side. But I haven't had many customizations, to be honest, so it...
