Otherwise I have the same setup with some filetypes coloring. BTW I'm going to create a topic later about how hard it is to figure out how to set up coloring properly with some propositions.

So there's a potential of getting rid of 1 toolbar. It's not that it eats up much space it's that I have toolbars anxiety :) I guess info from main status bar can be moved up while info from "current selection" toolbar can be moved into main statusbar. Thus "current selection" toolbar can be removed...

Currently all opened tabs except currently active are lost upon exit. This is one of reasons why I don't really use them.

I'd love to have a shortcut that would pop-up Directory history for each panel (that one that I can now navigate with Cmd-brackets)

Pressing Cmd-+ to quickly select files by mask should auto-substitute mask with extension from file under cursor.
