Undo is one of the things that could be cool, in theory. But in my mind the code for that would be very, very tricky to write (especially once you factor in scripting and external tools) and difficult to debug. That sounds good, because dragging was reliably unreliable. To the point where I usually preferred to switch to Finder only to do the dragging part.
