Version 1.2.7 released

Hi folks,

I've pushed the version 1.2.7, which is mostly a correction release for Catalina plus some minor overall improvements.

A lackluster "what's new" this time:

• Updated to support macOS Catalina.
• Bugfixes and internal improvements.

The version is available via automatic update and by direct download.
