Hi there!
I miss Lynx-like navigation a lot. It's such a productivity booster. Right-arrow: enter folder; Light-arrow: go to parent folder.
Would that be possible? Thanks in advance!
Cheers

Re: Lynx-like navigation (left/right arrows)
Hi, swoop!
This should be pretty possible - just assign arrows to "Go to Enclosing Folder" and "Go Into Folder".
Move Left/Right actions have to be reassigned to something else.

Mike, thanks for your swift reply. Unfortunately, the key recorder refuses record plain arrows and Cmd-Left/Right is the best it can do. Maybe you could look into that. Suggested solution would work for me, because I do use full mode only.

Re: Lynx-like navigation (left/right arrows)
There's a little catch here - there are two similar commands for going into and outside folder.
One is supposed to be compatible with Mac's menu system - the one presented on your screenshot. It implies some restrictions on what hotkey should be like.
Another one is working directly inside file panels, processed manually by NC's code and there're no restrictions there (please notice another title on my screenshot).

I'm afraid, you are too deeply in 1.2 . In 1.1.5, there's no such key assignment. No biggie. Cheers!mike wrote: ↑Fri Mar 03, 2017 10:04 amThere's a little catch here - there are two similar commands for going into and outside folder.
