Build 2789 - optimizations and other improvements

Hi folks,

Here's some progress on NC v1.2.5:

• Re-wrote a layout mechanism of the Brief presentation, which should be now much snappier than it was before.
• Fixed a resizing issue with a built-in overlapped terminal.
• Added support for new system colors in Preferences.
• The File Attributes dialog now can show the UF_DATAVAULT flag.
• It's no longer possible to set a hotkey for a submenu (which didn't lead to excepted results before anyway).
• Other fixes, tweaks and optimizations.

As an avid brief mode user, I'm appreciate this upcoming release very much
Although brief mode never felt slow in the first place : )
